Dealing with stress

Hey guys,

Anyone have any tips regarding how to continue nofap while under significant stress? No matter how hard I try to abstain from thinking about sexual thoughts I can't seem to do it. The urges are so intense that even cold showers and going for walks are not doing anything. Every time I come back into my room the urges just hit me in the face. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
