    Since starting Nofap I have become 10x as sensitive to normal sex and it is wonderful. Don't beleive the hype that men boast about "lasting for hours. It is a joke! Mature women love to make their man O. It is wonderful I tell you :D

    Don't touch yourself for at least 5-9 months and if it is because of PMO or MO, you will see huge results. I promise my good sir

    I want to add when I was first discovering sex at 18 I had marathon sex and thought hey this is nice. Even with a p so sore and swollen the next day I really had no clue what it was like to be a good lover or have a good lover. But as you get older, wiser and get a job, family and a house to take care of you learn it's true LESS is MORE. Quality over quantity.

    I think the issue is more about her feeling bad for not being able to make me O or that she thinks I don't find her attractive.

    I think it is very similar for me. Maybe with some anxiety thrown in.
    That sounds pretty cool to me. It's not perfect but it's a form of support I guess.

    I did already notice results after my first streak of 12 days. I MO'd without P and using a soft grip with my left hand. Didn't have to fantasize about P. It was pretty quick too. I don't wanna have to abstain for 2 weeks everytime I am going to have sex though. So hopefully after more time (and practice ;)) it will be like that everytime and everyday.

    Update: I had sex on Friday night. Was able to O pretty easily from PIV. So DE seems to be cured!!! :)
    OMG such a relief. So hopefully now this can carry on. I just hope it is possible without having to abstain for 76 days. Hopefully I can O easily twice in 1 night. Hopefully it can also happen as easily in different positions and not just missionary. It would also be nice if it could happen with oral and M from her too. And hopefully with condoms.
    So NoFap works!

    It's definitely not a blessing. I find it's very frustrating for both parties. Would much rather O in minutes. The girl would feel better about herself too...

    I had DE before. The solution is very simple. Stop porn & masturbation. You probably have a dead grip. When stopping masturbation you will feel a lot more again. I agree with Chef, better DE sometimes than an orgasm after 2 minutes of sex.
    What i sometimes do, is when i experience DE, me and a girl masturbate together,on the end, and it does do the trick…
