Day N° 5

    So this is my 5th day. I've decided to report here every few days. I believe this might help me as I gain more insight in what I experience and if I'd have the urge to M then I can think about my collection of written-down efforts here and I can fight the urge.

    So yes, Day 5. The past few days haven't been that very hard. The first day was the toughest as I was in a lot of stress and I used to see M as a form of stress relief. But days 2, 3 and 4 were okay. However, when I come across sexually stimulating images, be it on television or on the internet, I feel this urge building up down there. But I just told the man down there "No!" and I went on with my day. I don't know if this is good but it feels kind of pleasurable to have the urge and not giving in. But at the same time I realize it can be dangerous too if the urge would become too much.

    I've only been awake for 3 hours and I've already had 2 boners, which I never had before in that small amount of time. I also feel kind of, I don't know how to describe it exactly, but I feel kind of good. I'm encouraged to go on with this.

    Mate, I'm also working through day 5 right now, and I'm having a bad day for urges too! There are so many images across the news app and social media right now and it is tough. It's forecast to rain all day where I am so i can't do my usual 6k walk, which is gonna make it harder. i can't fall now though, it's taken me over a week to break the 2 day cycle and if I fap now I know I will feel so bad and depressed for it, so i'm gonna fight through it and pass my all time record of 8 days (yeah, I'm not that great at nofap :( )

    I'm with you man. This is a serious fight we're talking about.

    About an hour ago, my urge was that big I literally had to run away from it. I've never felt such an urge before, unbelievable how primitive it was. I saw no other solution than just getting out the door and go jogging (which was actually not really jogging, rather running as fast as I could). Anyway, it worked.

    So hold on man.
