    Hi everyone,

    I recently started the nofap challenge since I’ve met this amazing girl I hope to make my girlfriend . I’ve tried and failed multiple times I just failed my 8 day streak I pmoed all in under 10 minutes and felt instant regret . The week has been amazing as far as benefits goes . I’m going out with this girl tomorrow and I’m reconsidering as I feel after relapsing Ive lost my benefits and I’m back to day 1 . Do I loose all my benefits please help ‍♂️

    Hey man, did a 2 week streak, sex with bf was awesome, then relapsed after 21 but the benefits don’t go away for one “fail”. Don’t make it become a “head” problem
