When I started NoFap, I was kind of skeptical of whether I'd gain any benefits or not. It's day 32, and I definetely have.

It's been a couple of years since I've even went on a date with a girl, or even asked someone out. Now, I have no less than 3 dates planned with 3 different girls this week. I've litterally only been on 3 dates in my life before this. I've never kissed a girl, held hands, or been in any kind of relationship other than just friends.

1 of the girls I'm really interested in, and she is really intersted in me too. The other 2 girls, I think I might be interested in, and they are at least interested enough to say yes.

The reason I didn't think I would see much benefit to doing NoFap, is because I've never considered myself an addict.
    My main goals were:
    1. See if I do have a porn addiction (if I had trouble quiting that means it was a addiction)
    2. Develop relationships with real people
    3. Gain confidence, and be less lonely
    4. Think less about sex, and stop sexualizing non sexual things.
    5. Hopefully gain some of the benefits other people were gaining.

    1. I did find out for sure that I do not have an addiction. I know this because this was my first attempt to quit porn, and I made it a month without much difficulty. I was also skeptical because I was wondering if a non addict could even gain benefits from going without porn. The answer is yes.

    2. I've already answered this. And yes it worked.
    3. I'm a lot more confident around women now, and confident around people in general. I feel a little lonely still, but less. This is a huge benefit because it affects all areas of my life, not just relationships with girls. My lower self esteem is going away.
    4. Accomplished. I was starting to think about sex all the time. And my fantasies were also starting to include some strange things. Not any more.
    5. Not really anything, probably because I wasn't addicted, and because I wasn't even experiencing the problems other people were.

It was easier for me, and I didn't have anything negative like a flatline happen. I gained the results I wanted a little quicker. However, for you people who are struggling more, you also have more to gain.

It depended. A couple times a week to every other day. I started fapping when I was much older than most people. I'm 21, so I've only been doing it for a few years. Even then, I've actually had periods of months without fapping. More recently, I've gone as much as 10 days without fapping, and a few days were I did it twice in the same day. Bit that was less common. Usually, it was between 2 and 4-5 days.

Nice, it's interesting to know you experienced benefits even if you didn't even fap everyday. It sounds to me that you were in the beginning of a potential addiction, but good thing you've realized it on time. Did you fap to porn?

I should add that part of the reason I wasn't in any relationship before was also because I was part of a religion where it wasn't allowed.

You only have addiction when you reject ANY other good aspects (habits, dating and etc). You like dating, so you are NOT an addict. Same applies to any other self-defining questions.
