    First of all, hello everyone! I'm new in this forum, but I'm not new to NoFap. My first experience with M was at 14 (I'm 22) and with P was at the next year, I think, since when I tried several times to stop by religious reasons but failed miserably. That's the first time I complete the 30 days, though I think it's more than that (I have started a few days before start counting). In the middle of this process, I found this forum that helped me a lot, mainly this session. I'd like to thank all of you guys for the example and I have no words to describe the whole change you've done in my life.
    Now, I can:
    -> look in the people's eyes and talk to them directly like never before;
    -> have a daily routine and it made me more productive with reading, studies and physical exercise;
    -> feel more energy and less anxiety;
    -> think that woman as a person, like me and you, and not as a potential sex partner.

    Some other things have helped me, like:

    -> the other attempts to stop have made me learn a lot about this practice and how it makes me worse than I really am;
    -> Jordan B. Peterson have oppende my eyes to the religious teaching I had in the childrood. It has some wisdom that science has not yet found.

    So... today my concern lies in a possible relapse, but now I can see that I have the control of my life and I will not do it if I don't want it for the rest of my life. For some reason, I haven't had problems with urges, cept some fantasies when I'm alone for too long, but they're going away quickly.
    See you at the 60th day!

    Great work man! Im on Day 7 myself and I already feel a difference. Also stopped eating candy/sugar, working out once a week and keeping myself busy with stuff seems to do the trick. I will never go back to my old self!

    Hey man, thanks for the post!

    I am currently reading the book 12 rules for life....you might like it! Its a great feeling when you can look ppl in the eye confidently.

    Also, it is interesting that you are aware of a possible relapse. I feel the same too, I am not 100% sure that I will not relapse. Thats why it helps for me to pass on one day at a time and not stress if I will make it to 90 days or 120 days...just making sure that I avoid triggers today and be working towards a goal!!!
    Thanks for the post!!

    I've just read it and it's amazing!

    About Peterson's mythological and religious quotations, I sometimes could not believe that ancient knowledge contained so much useful information, but now I can fully understand why society collapses when it ignores these things. And I see porn as a distortion that will cause many bad consequences for future generations ... as it is already causing. I don't want to take part of this shit!

    Thanks for the reply!

    I'm gad you liked that book, man! Because I have been reading the book and now I am in rule 11, i have mixed feelings about the book. idk, there are certain chapters that are interesting read, but other chapter, i find are complex and explore lot of ideas which are too much for my comprehension....anyways....i totally agree with you! P is ruining lives and we be free form it and be REAL MEN.

    I agree, some parts are obscure and unclear, given the mix of psychology, history, biology, religion and so on. Peterson has the bad habit of getting into ever deeper issues, but I think it's worth it.
    Good reading! The end of the book is very emotional and as complicated as the beginnig.
