  1. hey guys, status update.

    Up till today, so far so good. Maybe just bring up a few points I have reflected on and would like to share with those on route to recovery.

    1. Even if you have "recovered" from the PMO addiction, relapsing is just a matter of clicks away. So it is important to stay vigilant every SINGLE day and be consistent.

    2. Don't focus on the benefits or whatnot. Focus on creating the best version of yourself or becoming a better person instead. It is more meaningful that way. stay true to yourself.

    3. When posting threads, I should justify my claims with constructive evidence instead of providing advice with no ground. That's simply irresponsible to do so, which is an observation I have made so far in this forum. Don't post things that such as "if you masturbate, it will affect your muscle gains", without scientific evidence or proof. If you want to post something in such a context, paste your link or just give your opinion. Please.
