    Yeah... Like I said, I'm on Day 21 of my no PMO but for about three days now... I've been having this raging libido and anxiety... I try so hard to keep my thoughts off them but it's just keeps coming back... Any advice on how to overcome this?...

    I know what you mean. I am on day 17 and I already had some massive withdrawals, where everything seem to slow down, I lost focus, and I couldn't remember certain things. There are a lot of things I am doing but I don't want to overwhelm you. One thing I would say is read the newcomer stories on NoFap. Our disease likes to convince us of the good times, but the stories keep it green for us, that it is as bad as we remember.

    I was about to relapse yesterday, but said to myself, "I'll do this thing first, and then I'll relapse," so I just postponed it until my urge was gone. It is a technique I've learned long time ago. Basically, you use your power of will to stay clean for some very short period of time, like a day, hour, or even few minutes. That works well in critical situations, but you have to do something to get rid of the trigger, or change the situation so that you can't relapse, e.g. go outside for a walk.

    It is natural . Try reminding yourself that you have to finish the ninety day challenge and try listening to your favorite song while horny
