day 16

Hi...i am a 19yrs old boy who is struggling to overcome pmo for 6yrs now.my longest streak before nofap community was 9days.I discovered nofap at the beginning of this month.I was already on a streak of 1m per week and I was 2weeks gone, but at the discovery of nofap I decided to go no pmo for 60days.yesterday I hit my 15th day but this morning I relapsed...this relapsed I had instead of bringing me down and making feel like an animal gave me more force and better reasons to fight this vicious addiction of mine.I am now prepared more efficiently to go on with this struggle as I know what are the triggers I need to avoid.Thanks in advance to all the fapstronaut who are posting their experiences here,you are of great help and inspiration to others.I am prepared for the war and I'm gonna win!!!
