I starter watching porn from the age of 12 and now I'm 18. The reason I've decide to quit is because I cant get an erection to a real girl but still get one to porn. This is just fucked up, my mind is not working the way it should. I've ignored this for a couple of months now and convinced myself it's not the porn but deep down I knew it was. Day 1 of my journey to recovery and a healthy sexual life.

    Day 9
The first week wasn't too difficult simply because I didn't have time to myself but now that I'm spending more time alone it is becoming increasingly difficult. Because I was excessively fapping in the past, even when I was doing work, my books are an anchor to PMO. I can't avoid the books so I've made a habit to read the forums in these times to give me strength. I want to thank all the journals that people write as they continue to remind me of why I'm doing this. Also I'm noticing that I'm more interested to talk to girls where as in the past I couldn't be bothered because I could always PMO. I think this is a much healthier and natural habit to nurture. If you're starting out please remain strong, your mind is stronger than you think and there are many people with this problem, we will support you. Also set yourself small goals rather than telling yourself yourself are quitting for good. It won't be easy but what's truly valuable is never easy to attain. Good luck.
