I'm going to start this series, because i think it will keep me progressed, and might help other's along the way. so at Day 1, it was so hard that i spent 50% of my energy and time throughout the entire day just resisting and trying to make myself busy. Day 2, not much changed but i would say i felt more satisfied with myself because i didn't relapse yesterday, and the urges decreased eventually. Day 3, I started to feel more energetic and productive, i did a lot of things in the morning and i had little urges but i controlled them somehow by focusing on important goals, but currently at night, i'm having strong urges to relapse, even my breath is suffering, but i promise i will not relapse, never!!
