    So first day was successful i didn't had much urges today as i had removed distraction.
    So this is my position till now....

    Earlier: I used to masturbate multiple times a day.
    Recently: Once a day.
    Today: One day streak.

    I hope to keep improving further my longest streak till now is 5 days. I will try to go ahead.

    Please keep motivating me!
