So, started my 90 day challenge today. Usual story... Tried so many times to cut out porn and masturbation, only to find myself getting hooked after a few days. Most I've lasted so far is about a week. But over the last few months have been cutting it out more and more for a few days at a time and thinking more about trying to cut it out in general. Been pretty much hooked on it since I was 14... 14 years later I know I need to do something. So, day 1 has been and gone. Plan to check in whenever I get the urge to do anything and divert my attention on being more productive. Any guidance on what has worked for others would be appreciated. Thanks.
