Day 0 - Introduction

Hi, everyone! I'm from Italy and I'm 14 years old. In the past days I did quite a bit of research and lurking on NoFap related websites and I now have decided that the path i want to walk on in my life should be a porn-free one.

I started masturbating at a very young age, without knowing what it was, then i understood it in 3rd grade and went on doing that. I remember I once had like 7 orgasms in one hour and my dick got sore as hell for days. Then, in like 6th or 7th I started watching porn, because, you know, it's THAT age.

I was or course addicted to some extent, like you're addicted to anything, but never heavily addicted, considering that I watched it like 3 times a week for years and i have been without it for 2 weeks without problems once. It has also never bee impacting my social life, or my school grades, or my health.

However, recently I started to get more and more into it and into compulsive PMO, not to mentio into weirder stuff (I didn't even like it, but couln't help but watch it), and while I was checking if that was normal on google, I found out about NoFap.

I don't think masturbation is EEEEVIL!!!, in fact, i think it's normal (masturbation is like a drinking a little beer while having dinner, while porn is like being an alcoholic) but I believe AT LEAST 30 days or more without it are necessary to rewire the brain and become truly free.

So, here I am, trying to get rid of porn and help anyone in need to do the same.

You think so? I thought that it would hardly take more than 2 months for someone who wasn't a porn addict and with such a young, changing mind.
With "no touching" you mean i can't even, like, rapidly touch it when i'm sitting down and it gets in one of those terribly awkward position in my pants?

 

11 years old, but I don't remember precisely when I started, could probably be 12 but surely no less than like 11 and 6 months. Did that like once a week when i was younger, it was out of curiosity, and "breaking the rules", I didn't even had semen to ejaculate, it started getting more common and about orgasm at 13, 13 and 6 months or so.

By weirder stuff I don't mean stuff like gay/transsexual porn (not that's it's wrong to be gay or transsexual at all, just not my thing) or bdsm (again, not that it's wrong), I just mean that I was used to gentle, more "intimate" (word used very loosely since IT'S F***ING PORN) porn and somehow started with stuff that had, you know, facials, spanking, orgies, hookers on a highway, submissive, unrealistically horny women and stuff like that, I didn't quite use the right word for that.

Oh, well, those kinds of situations are necessary indeed

Second, it doesn't feel actually bad to know all of this stuff... but porn feels bad after you think about it a bit more.
