What kind of exercise do you do? I am thinking about running and using an elliptical.
i do more of the internal muscle strengthening exercises like crunches,obliques,squats,bicycle..etc ,not running.some yoga.thats it.
Consistency is important. Try to make it a part of your routine, whatever form of exercise you choose. I am trying also.
The minute you get a job move out. I was a guy in the same boat. Difference is I got kicked out at 18 and used P to lick the wounds.
