Dare to be selfish

I'm crossing the threshold on my 2/3 mark. 20 days down. I'm feeling a little more down and mopey as of late. I think I'm in a flat-line period. Nothing to do but bear my way through it.

At the end of the day, you have to do something like this for yourself. it just like the instructions for the oxygen mask on an airliner. You have to help yourself before you can help anyone else.
