Dammit - a reset after only two days

    Bollocks. I was feeling really rough last night. I'm off sick with depression. I'm not meditating, not exercising. It was MO not PMO but I fully knew what I was going to do when I headed up to bed at 3am so I'm going to call it a reset. Soon I'll be back to meditating and exercising. Soon I'll be the *real* me.
