Damaged Foreskin - How long before it heals?

I have gotten scars on my forskin from excessive masturbation (I think), and have begun rebooting almost two weeks ago. While alot of it has been healed, I still feel some pain in there, especially when I pull back the foreskin.

Has anyone tried this, and does anyone know how long it takes before it is fully healed?
