Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not use porn and any other dopamine-filled activity (like checking my phone). I'm addicted to the dopamine! NoFap will never happen till I fix that addiction, else it's just one relapse after the other!

 

Today I will not use porn because using porn makes me depressed.

 

Today I will not use porn because it causes my ED.

 

Today I will not look at P cause I got stuff to do.
