Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not use porn because I use PMO as a "satisfaction" excuse as it makes me stop putting effort into meeting people or wanting to find a significant other.

 

Today I will not use porn because there's more beautiful, amazing, wonderful things in life than porn.

 

Today I will not use porn because I need this energy to please and thank God for all the things he' done to me today. Porn will drain all my energy so much until there's not much more left with.

 

What i aim to achieve requires a person to be at peak physical and mental condition!
I am going to be a resident doc in a hospital and i have to be mentally and physically prepared to face the challenges in that phase of my life!
I want to excel in my field, i don't want to be the last finisher among my peers, i want to be able to make my own decisions, people will be looking up to me!
So if i am not self confident then it would be a great injustice and a great failure!
But i don't want it to end that way!
I want to make it big!
With baby steps at a time, i will crawl towards my destination, i will build my castle one block at a time!
I am gonna make it to 90 days and i am gonna make it 360 after that!

 

Today I will not use porn because i still remember how it feels after pmo, empty , worthless and sad, i rather stay on the bright side of life !

 

Today I will not PMO because it makes me feel like terrible nothingness, which does not have the right to anything in life, and deserves only blame. I don't want to feel like that anymore!

 

I will not give into lust because talking to people shouldn't be a chore.

 

Today I will not use porn because I feel more serious. I feel like my life is more serious. I can't justify trivial things in my life...there's so much to be done, that needs to be done that I am driven to do. May God protect me from temptation!

 

Today I will not use porn and I will not masturbate for the same reason: this night I had a wet dream. But in this dream, before the actual part, the girl said "you are far better than him". I finally know that PMO had destroyed this confidence, and it is slowly being restored. I see this dream as a huge healing signal.

Today I will not use chats to know girls because tomorrow it is 90 days without it. And I remember what bad things I used to do in chats...

 

There are countless worthwhile and enjoyable things to do, and today I am enjoying streaming a good comedy show.

Today I will not look at porn or sexy Instagram pages because it is BORING.

Seriously. It's just not fun. There's a thousand things I could be doing that is more fun and HEALTHY and WORTHWHILE.

 

Today I will not use porn because no one in this forum use it and I don't want to be singled out for later regret and self-loathing behaviour. And simply porn is so out-of-date. Try something else more catchy and healthy.
