Today I am grateful. I woke up this morning from a dream where I was, in a way, but not exactly, relapsing. I felt the disappointment and the desire to start again. And when I woke up, I felt so thankful that i was just a dream.
After over 130 days, urges are coming on again and stronger than they have in while. I got an e, looking at someone's FACE the other day. Instead of focusing on those urges, I am making an even stronger effort to take all of that energy and put it towards things I WANT.
I am seeing urges as a reminder for my potential.
