Today I will not use porn or masturbate because I am learning to create a new experience of life, and after 20 years of drainage, I will take one day at a time.

I had a close s.o. for about a year, but even with her in my life I never really reduced my PMO habit. I always had a crippling paranoia that any partner was going to get bored of me because I wasn't a jacked, well-hung black dude. It doesn't matter that she was happy with me, because i knew from my extensive internet porn research what women REALLY needed to be happy and I wasn't it.

TODAY I will not use Porn so that the next time I'm in a position to share love, trust and support with another human being, it can be clear-headed and real. Not some confusing mix between infatuation, insecurity and personal conquest fantasy.
