Today I will not use porn because I finally have a few hours to myself; which I have been needing and craving. The hectic busy life takes a toll. Why would I waste these few hours of rest with the loss of energy from PMO; and the following guilt, depression; probably drinking... I might as well avoid that whole cycle.

I initially tried, then got stuck in porn indulgence in the last 6 years. And the taste of it was always full of shame, regret and self-harming feelings. So I won't stupidly spare even a single second of my life on porn AGAIN.
