Daily Accomplishment thread: ''Today i did...''

Today i successfully accomplished my first day without PMO.

 

Yesterday I accomplished a whole lot of shut. A few work pojectsp completed ahead of schedule and 1 hour to relax and do nothing.

 

Today, as a part of a voice course I'm doing, I went to a recording studio. Although I hadn't practiced at all and didn't want to display my ineptitude, I'm glad that I showed up. It was quite an experience.

 

Today, a few weird things happened to me, but instead of getting upset about that, I resorted to reflection.

 

Today I wrote up a list of goals for me to pursue. A couple of them I have already achieved (such as finding a therapist). In addition, I also starting mulling over how and who I need to get as an accountability partner. Small steps, but steps forward regardless.

 

Today I went to MEPS. Not as bad as it’s hyped up to be

 

Yesterday I accomplished to go out with friends and not get stuck footing the table.

 

Today I learned something about myself and about microbiology.

Today I did something simple.

I cleaned my room. It has been a mess for weeks, clothes everywhere, empty cups, wrappers on the floor. Now it isn’t immaculate but it’s definitely tidy. And it feels good.

Oh and I also did the laundry

 

Today I commited to daily 20-minute meditation. Also, I asked my brother to help me with shopping for clothes and thanks to him I now have 2 awesome new T-shirts.

 

Today I reached day 12 of 14 for the first time ever

 

Congratulations!

 

Today I made my mom laugh.

 

Today i spent a lot of time away from the computer.

 

Today I completed the 14 day challenge!!

 

Today I completed my first day of Nofap after binging hard for a week!

 

Today I went to a voice class and recited a poem even though I didn't want to.

 

Today I accomplished to get to work on time and complete an very important assignment. I also talked to my mother without feeling like a disappointment.

Today I did my exam (probably successfully! Yaay).
After this I played with new people and it was amazing.
I also managed to keep away from my phone for most of the time.

Today I made a decision to enjoy a public speaking club meeting (man, that sounds weird). Anyway, I did enjoy it. Afterwards, I went to an after party where I was dropping funny lines like I'm a part-time comedian.
