Daily Accomplishment thread: ''Today i did...''

  1. I'm going to reset my counter to 0 because I consider precumming a relapse. I precame like 5-6 times during my 22 day journey.

    I thought of having sex, so I precame. Back to square 1 (I mean 0 :p )

    Today I am powering through one of my lowest days in weeks. Tomorrow it will get better.

    Today I gave a confident presentation to my senior colleagues and I am happy with my lack of anxiety and also they seemed impressed. Also, before that, I worked out in the gym for an hour on my legs and shoulders. Hoping to have a good end to Friday with reading and meditation sessions. Thanks nofap for improving my life. I can not even think about going back to the old days when I was struggling with my addiction.

  6. Although I relapsed on Feb 10th 2018, I walked little faster on that same day for roughly 40 consecutive minutes without feeling tired.
    This must be because I relapsed after having been PM-free for many days

  9. I PASSED! I managed to go 6 days without PM (and O, which is optional as long as it's done with a spouse).
     
  10. I relapsed a lot in the past few weeks. I couldn't walk fast as much as I did when I was PM-free for 21 days.
    I can walk fast and perform body weight exercises (like push-ups) better and with more energy.

    Today I did 10 minutes of meditation, ate healthy and got outside for 15 minutes.

    I coyldn't reach day 17 if it weren't for Allah and you guys. Thank you all

    Today, I took a nap when I was feeling melancholy (which is a trigger for me to relapse). Woke up feeling rejuvenated and went back to homework!

    Today I watched a movie with a friend I was tempted to standup so as to comfortably finish a homework assignment.
