curious, what about the idea of instead of using your fingers/hands what about any of those cylinder 'sleeves' devices that mimic the vaginal canal?

  2. I masturbated dry for years. Now I have delayed ejaculation and damaged skin. Nobody told me if I didn't lube I would fuck up my dick, so I guess I never thought it was intrinsically bad. I knew I was Ming way too much to the point I would damage my skin tho, but I didn't care. I been using lube for the past 3 years tho.

Dry is bad. A vagina is wet.

  4. I utterly cringe when I read about people masturbating without lube. Ouch!

Nope, don’t do it. No fucking way. Don’t fucking get a fleshlight.
Fleshlights are way too tight and require so much lube it’s stupid. You can learn to be gentle with your fingers and lube. It is very difficult though, unfortunately I’ve fallen back into the fucked habit of masturbating too hard. Real pussy ftw!

Petroleum jelly can help heal the dry spots.

Having your dick stroked while dry is painful. Too much friction.

    No pain at all actually.

No it's not painful. If you have a clean dick there is almost no friction. However I am not sure how is it for circumcised guys as I am not.
I almost always fapped without lube, if you do it only once or twice a day there should be no problem - except for one that you might be more susceptible to death grip.

ahhhhhhh me too. wait, which little boy starts wanking off with lube already? always been dry for decades. at what age do we start transitioning to a lube? one would think of a lube as an aid not at a preventative tool and at that, a modern day aid.

  10. Being uncircumcised makes a lot of difference on the need for lube. I'm circumcised, used lube from nearly the very beginning.

Vaginas do tend to be naturally lubed as well. though.

My ex who had severe DE was uncircumcised and they actually say that men who are not tend to not need lubricant as the penis has the skin left that creates it. But when he did have sex he felt nothing and kept saying it was too wet. The only way he could O was to use his own hand and dry it off. It had to be dry.

I suspect no that most men don’t start out with lubricant. That being said I think what is happening a lot to people in this day and age is that far too few are having sex with an actual person. I think part is pmo you are satisfied and lack the desire for real women so you don’t look or you are socially inept in meeting women. Men also MO a lot more because of pmo. When you have sex and enjoy it you try to replicate that feeling with your MO style and so when you use lube it does. But what men are trying to do is replicate the way they feel during MO with sex. And sex does not feel or look like your MO style.

i thought the fleshlights, being a device not obviously connected to your torso/body, would help detach the association of hand pressure, leading toward the cure.

If you have ED or DE related to porn or death grip or both you have to lay off the MO and porn entirely. So using a device is not going to help.

there have been some cases of these devices helping, for one... if the device is held by your hands, and is mounted. this allows for some retraining whereby your hands are free. the device also gives you a sensation different from your hands.

First all, I think almost all people here is trying to avoid M, but... where can you find real information from real people about this issue?, probably only in a forum like this one.

I'm not circumsized and I never need the use of any lubricant, just my hands, but if I use something I can get an orgasm too, I tested with some toys without any success, and obviously I can't get one with a woman, and that's the why I'm here.

I think that soft masturbation could help, at least physically speaking, but the real issue is in my mind, I have to get confidence again as I was 17, and recover the expectations about couple sex. Right now nobody can't masturbate me, only with my hands, the exact pressure, the exact position, the exact thinking (or porn scene) is needed to reach an orgasm, I get pleasure feeling my dick with my hand, that is hardly replicable with another person.

In conclusion, I think that in some cases some techniques could help, and I always have though that M is a way to knowing your body (there's a lot of articles about this topic for women, because they don't masturbate), but I think that masturbation as written in this forum is not a good thing, I'd prefer to search for techniques to teach my body to enjoy with a real woman in a real sex intercourse.

You're right, I have to correct my sentence "... they do not masturbate as often as men"

My point there is a some point masturbating is not a bad thing per se, the issue is when you change real sex for fap, and when have stimulus hard to obtain with sex. Therefore this thread could be useful but only if you are conscious about right times and right reasons to masturbate. Personally I hope I do not do it again in a long time to reverse all the consequences caused by this behavior.

    Thanks for reading

I may give this a go. Right now I'm trying not to MO, but when that breaks down I'll give this new method a try. My goal is to get back into having sex with my wife and not having any issues with ED. Eliminating porn was step one, eliminating MO or reducing it is step two, and the last goal is frequent sex with the wife while having no ED problems.
