Confused

    Hey guys, hope you are all doing great. I've participated in NoFap numerous of times when I thought porn was taking over my life. The longest streak I had was a bit over 3 months and I felt great: improved physique, sharper mind, confidence, sociable, glowing skin and etc. Now sadly, I have been MOing once again, but rarely do I ever watch porn. At this point I have already fought that addiction; which was my goal when I first started NoFap.

    Now my problem is, I no longer have a porn addiction, but my penis's sensitivity is reduce. When I MO it's normally off my previous sexual experiences, so I'm not sure if it's that. When I'm getting head or a hand job from a girl I can't cum 90% of the time, and it frustrates them and makes them not want to give it to me again. When it comes to sex i'm great, i last long and cum after 5-10 minutes. So therefore I'm starting NoFap again.

    Now, my main question is what kind of restrictions I should enforce on myself. Should I focus on going Hard Mode or just the normal PMO free. If anyone who had similar problems could give me some insight on a solution, it would be greatly appreciated.

    My advice would be to go PMO free. Maybe not jumping straight into hard mode just yet, but try it on for a few weeks. You've already gotten rid of the P from what you have told us, so now the next part is no more touching. Give yourself a break from all of it. Check back in with your SO after a month of this. Sensitivity should improve. To me going 90 days hard mode seems like quite a leap from normal MO techniques.
     
  3. If you want sensitivity then theoretically Hard Mode should help you get it back sooner. Cos you are giving it a complete brake rather that just a half brake.
