Cold showers and meditation are key

    A lot of you probably know about this one, but anyways, cold showers and meditation are so helpful while on nofap. Cold showers not only wake you up in the morning, but also boost your attention and alertness. For nofap this is key because your mind doesn't slip that easily. Meditation also helps with resisting urges for similar reasons. However, these habit take some time to get used to. For meditating I can only recommend the app "Headspace" where all the basics/essentials of meditation are explained. Concerning cold showers, it might be hard to go out of your comfort zone of warm showers, but you'll get used to the cold water over time (jumping in the cold shower will always be a challenge though;)).
