Cold Pack

    A cold shower does not seem to help and the rest of me just gets cold. I decided to try using a gel cold pack I had in the freezer. It can cover all my parts and I use it over my boxer briefs. I am going on day 4 and going nuts. Right now it is providing the necessary relief. Maybe I will finally make 7 days or even 10 this time. I have read the first two weeks are he hardest. My ultimate goal is 30 days.

    Any other suggestions you may have besides a cold shower would be appreciated.

    How are you taking the cold shower? What are you taking cold showers? A cold shower restricts blood flow and can give you energy(if you are breathing heavy and shaking around which is a normal response to cold exposure). But remember your addiction is in your brain not your balls.

    Are you constantly thinking about PMO? If so you need to work on controlling your thoughts.
    Meditation may help you focus your mind. Or you can try to pick up a hobby or something to focus on. Sports, social activities, exercise are great things to focus on. If you believe thoughts lead to actions then change your thoughts and change your actions. What are some things you want to do?
