So one of the reasons I'm stopping PMO is because I have really bad delayed ejaculate on. The last time I had sex, I was fucking the girl for 45 minutes and still couldn't come inside her. I've never orgasmed from someone giving me head.

I did a Google Scholar search, and I found some studies linking circumcision to sexual dysfunction. Apparently you're a lot more likely to have DE if you're cut.

This freaked me out a bit. What if I'm never able to fully enjoy sex?

Has anyone else heard about this/experienced it?

It's THE PORN. DE, PE, impotence, anxiety, etc etc are ALL symptomatic of THE PORN and PMO/MO habits. By constantly 'flogging the dolphin', you're adjusting both your mind AND the sensation on you dick (circumsized or not). IT'S THE PORN. Once you reboot your system and eliminate porn, PMO and MO for AT LEAST 30 days, these problems start to subside. YMMV- Your Mileage May Vary. Every one of us is different in our habits, philosophies, experiences, fetishes, that all lead us here in the first place. We're ALL here together, however in that we all have experienced some or all of these issues. Review the YBOP video and it outlines all of that. Stop PMO/MO- NO 'Shaking hands with Abe Lincoln', 'visiting Rosey palmer and her 5 sisters', 'spanking the monkey', 'playing with your personal slot machine'. Your unit will thank you in MANY countless ways!

You're early in your process at 4 days- congratulations on starting and making the commitment. Good Luck!

Thought about it while I was at gym tonight... I agree it's the porn, definitely, but being cut may still have something to do with it.

If you're cut and jack off without lube, you're more likely to be rough and deaden some of the tissue. Don't you think?

Circumcision supposedly removes some of the nerves that produce feeling during sex.

It probably contributes, but there's nothing you can do about it. You can control the porn and fapping in your life. Plenty of circumsized guys have been able to happily orgasm in a woman. Circumsicion wouldn't exist otherwise.

Just focus on getting clean. Worrying about something you can't control, like an operation performed when you were born, doesn't do you any good.

    Yeah, I suppose you're right.

But it definitely raises some ethical questions if it is a cause. Like I don't know if I'd still want to do it to my kid if there's a chance it would fuck up his sex life.

I've thought about that too. I'm circumsized and have DE problems, but I've also never had sex while not addicted to porn.

If I had decide, right now, whether my future son will be circumsized or not, I would choose to just to leave it alone.

But that's so far away, it doesn't matter at the moment.

    Focus on the wrong thing

I have sex for three hours and don't orgasm, but I do it on purpose. In fact I'm about to stop orgasms altogether. Its a mistake to think that orgasm is the goal of sex and to strive for it. Circumcision is bad, but it probably affects you in ways that you cant understand. There are probably other things that affect you more. You can do something about being circumcised if you are patient enough and motivated enough.

So, you haven't had a wank for 52 days? That's amazing dude, congratulations.

Do you think if you had to jack off now, your problems with DE would seem better?

It's not the circumcision. I'm circumcised and i've had sex lots of times and never had any issue. Circumcision is actually has some benefits, it reduces the risk of urinary infections in infancy and reduces the risk of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections in later life.

    Thanks!

I don't understand the question. If I had to jack off now?

  11. I'm circumcised too. I used to be slow to orgasm, but that was good because I'd get my wife off first than take my time feeling the pleasure. Since I haven't been jacking lately, I've been coming too fast- too much buildup? With fewer orgasms my problems are the opposite of what you describe. Premature ejaculation sucks because it's no fun to keep pumping after the orgasm, but it also sucks to leave your partner unsatisfied.

  12. BTW, I had sex with my wife on friday after a week without orgasm. I came too fast. We had sex again the following night and the timing was great.

I'm circumcised and have not had a problem ejaculating for any reason, other than at the very end of 8 years PMO, where it would take me longer and was not attracted to my wife anymore. Had I kept going I would have experienced porn induced ED as so many others have, and thats not due to circumcision. I would PMO like 4 times a day, and then have a hard time with the wife.. or not so hard.. depending how you see it.

Then, I went from a lot of PMO to getting caught, as she had no idea of my porn addiction. That led to some practicing Karezza for a full 3 weeks and I'd never felt my dick so much in my life during sex and it was awesome. So I would say circumcision has nothing to do with it. From my personal experience.

I was just asking if you the no PMO period has made a difference to your DE.

  15. The loss of 20,000 nerve endings in the foreskin is bound to make a difference. It accounts for why the circumcised tend to go for the jack hammer thrusts (because they mostly get pleasurable sensations when they cum. Those with a natural penis feel pleasure throughout and tend to use longer, slower strokes as well as the orgasm when they cum.

The reduced pleasure in the penis, also accounts for the popularity of the "death grip" among those that have no foreskin. That does contribute to ED. The "death grip" is unrealistic and much tighter than the vagina or even the anus (or a man or woman).

The majority of men in the world have a natural penis. It is an act of love not to slice off a part a boy's genitals. But I do not think the converse is true per se. I think, (especially in US) that parents that allow part of their son's penis to be sliced off is a result of disinformation rather than an an evidence that they do not really love their children

I feel like this statement was very, very poorly thought out indeed.

I don't think your conclusion is logical at all. The conclusion possibly can be drawn reasonably in your case, but I definitely don't think it can be applicable to the majority of parents who decide to cut their sons.

I'm Jewish. Circumcision is a religious custom in Judaism, and is almost mandatory if a boy is going to grow up in a Jewish community, especially if that community is religious or observant.

Many Jews, like me, cringe at the thought of the pain that the procedure causes the child, but we do it because it is an important symbol of Jewish peoplehood. I would rather my son be cut when he's 8 days old than be denied access to the Jewish tradition and membership of the community. A Jewish boy cannot have a Bar Mitzvah if he's not circumcised, cannot be married in a shul, etc.

In fact, I would argue that any Jewish parent who didn't circumcise their child would be doing them more harm than good by denying them the right to grow up as a Jew. My family is by no means "dysfunctional" according to your definition, and neither are most of the families in my community, even thought they all chose to perform Brit Milah on their sons when they were 8 days old.

I don't think this only applies to Jews. In fact, I think most parents who circumcise their sons do it because of some perceived benefit which outweighs the immediate harm (just like we subject babies to the pain of having injections in order to immunise them against dangerous infectious disease). This certainly does not make them dysfunctional.

I am circumcised, and pre-porn addiction (my addiction didn't start until my late 20s), I had no problem whatsoever with having sex with women.

It would be interesting to see the percentage of cut guys who have had problems vs uncut
