    I am doing nofap for 25 day after 10 years of trying. I do That to over come side effect of over pump by stupite enlargment exersise. After i went to many urologists and penile dopppler. I Realize may i had hard flaccid.and from what i understand it is defencive mechanizm from the brain. The matter That can be cured by nofap becouse it stop the masage That producing by manual fap to brain That keep me in PIED and hard flaccid. That my Theory. I like to Hear your openions
