Challenge accepted - my introduction

Hello everyone! I'm a 26 year old male student from Germany and I've been using porn for about 14 years now. I often had sexual problems with real girls during that time, but didn't notice that the main reason was my porn addiction.
Two years ago I stopped watching porn for 6 months and I felt like a new man.
I fell in love with a woman and we were having a great time together till I relapsed.
Currently I watch porn 1-2 times a week, but it lasts about 2h till I finish.
After doing it I lose my mojo and the interest in real sex for a few days ... so it's easy to guess how it affects my relationship.
I tried a few times to get rid of watching porn, but I failed after a few weeks.
Now I want to try new methods to keep away from porn and I hope to find people to talk about these problems, because I feel too ashamed to talk to my friends.

Thank you! Sorry for not responding. I try staying away from the internet when I'm at home alone.
It has been working for 5 days now, so I'll keep on doing it. The most dangerous tool is the cell phone, so I started using it just in front of the window, where people can see me.
I hope my English is understandable, it's not my mother tongue.
