    Perhaps I will talk with her about what I did in the future.
    I need to concentrate now in my recovery, which is already pretty stressful, and I do not want to put even more streets in my life now

    Smart move. It would have very likely ended your relationship in the future if not now. She could handle the porn but being with another woman...no way! She would have check mated you by saying "what did I lack? "

    Well done mate. Lucky she's supportive in that sense.

    I wish to get married one day but need to fix myself as I wouldn't want her going elsewhere because i cant get it up!

    Today is my day number 49 without PMO.
    It is amazing how much easier these last two weeks went, compared to my first ones.
    It helped that I have been on vacation with my wife and two sons, but in the past even on vacation I got urges and used to Fap hidden in the bathroom.
    This time I avoided doing it.
    I had a couple of moments when I got horny with some hot persons I met, but I could concentrate in getting rid of the idea of running to some bathroom and have some porn in the cell while fapping.
    I used some of the techniques I learned here, like talking to my inner- self ( thank you warrior ) or doing deep breathing or meditation for 10 minutes.
    Again, thank you to everybody for all the things they tought me , I am using every bullet I have to fight this war

    Wow it sounds like it really changed your life. I'm on my 15 th day and I also am seeing the benefits. My main one was socially awkwardness. Always feeling like something is wrong with me and not being as good as everyone else. But now it's different and I think people sense that in me. Good luck keep up the good work. And keeping fighting.

    Great to hear some success and seeing you get your life back on track. Im in the process also, after becoming addicted over the past few years its time to change. Its crazy how common this "illness or addiction" really is. Many of the posts ring so true with many of us.

    Thank you for posting 85. Yes, it is a tough battle but it is worth it.
    Some days I feel more confident than others, but I succeed in overcoming my urges until now

    I agree, Happy life
    This addiction makes us believe that we are not worth it, we are so centered in PMO that we cannot see the rest of our surroundings.
    One of the changes I noticed is that I can appreciate more things now and tell people around me how much I like them and show them my respect

    I would like this post but the part where you where talking about ordering escorts when you have a wife was bit of a downer especially considering the way your wife reacted to your PMO addiction. You need to tell her whether that is tomorrow or this time next year but she needs to know. Best of luck in the future to you and your family, keep it up.

    Yes, I agree that in the future Ineill be able to tell her more about my past.
    Right now I need all the energy to keep fighting PMO, it is enough stress with this and I do not want to add any more
