Causes of sex addiction, very good video

So, i stumble upon a video about causes of sex addiction, i don't know if it has been posted in this forum in the past, but i find it very useful, when the guy was describing the causes, it seems to me he was describing my life.
Also, another very important thing that opened my eyes is that "Sex addicts looks for intimacy and they substitute it with intensity, but it's empty..."
He also talks about how bad early exposure to pornography is, which happened to me.
