Hey @RolZaval you are not alone. You have come to the right place for support. First, try to calm yourself and begin to learn from your experiences. If you haven't already start a journal so you can analyze your thoughts and feelings. It is important to do this, so that way you can begin to see what triggers you. Next, create a plan of action so that when you do feel triggered you can enact it immediately without thinking. This can save precious seconds. Then I would create a set of rules that you can go by for your reboot that if you break would constitute a relapse. Most importantly, take one day at a time and be patient. This is a very long journey and will take time. Learn from your success and relapses. I believe you will be successful.
