Can't seem to stop on my own

    Hello
    Well ... after trying and failing to stop using pornography on my own, I've decided I need support. That's when I heard about Nofap.
    I dislike the porn industry and I also dislike the addiction. I don't like the effect fap has on me, and have found from the few weeks I have managed to abstain, I was a lot better off.
    So ... time to finally change.

    Thanks man.
    I've realised that this is a lot harder than I first thought. I thought it would be just a case of willpower; I didn't post or use the site really.
    Then I relapsed. 17 days in to a month challenge. Still 17 days isn't bad.
    I've decided to try and keep a journal. I can do this.
