Cant maintain an erection?! 21 days on Nofap

appreciate this thread, i have anxiety over this topic, and wish it was more formulaic the return journey to normal erections, but its clear it is not
but checking in today has reminded me as to why i am doing this

 

Hang in there you are doing great! Just a comment/question I was wondering if you have anxiety in other areas of your life? I read a lot of addicts on here who do seem to suffer from general anxiety. My ex addict did and up until he sought help for pmo it was never diagnosed or treated. He still refused treatment but that's not relevant. He used PMO to cope and when he stopped his anxiety went thorough the roof to the point that he would actually have outbursts. He had no other way but pmo to deal in his mind and he just could not handle all the anxiety that came flooding in. If you do not have a SO or close friend who knows your journey and is around you all the time you may not even realize it's happening. Just a thought that maybe getting help for the anxiety could help you on your pmo journey.

Definitely sounds like a flatline to me. You just have to be patient and wait it out. Like another post said, it could last weeks, a couple months or even a year (rare but it happens).

 

I am 33 yo, I am on a same boat as you, i started nofap 26 days ago. After a week of no PMO had sex with Partner couple of times and Erection was rock hard.
After 15 days till now i neither get hard Erection/maintain an erection while intercourse nor Morning wood.
Is this a flatline or am i doing it wrong by having sex?
