Hi, I'm new here, only 19 years old. I tried the nofap thing a few times but it never really worked for me. Now a few months ago, I noticed that my penis had grown somewhat upward curved, but I didn't really pay much heed since, well, it worked well enough, so why'd I care, right? Well, only two weeks ago I masturbated, all was good and normal, but five days later, I try again, and I got stuck with this semi erect penis that doesn't get fully hard. Oh it could ejaculate, but not firm, it was rather floppy. I have to really work in order to get any semi erection at all- the only time I'm getting an actual erection, is when asleep/just waking.
Now I'm only 19, mind you, and this sort of thing is frankly scary. I have constant, sore feeling in my penis, to the left side, even when its completely flaccid. What should I do?

This may be IPP (induratio penis plastica) - I have it too since february. Mine bends to the right.

See a urologist! If it is IPP get yourself vit. D and E and take it daily. Newest studies indicate a causal link between IPP and low vit. D & E levels. Also low dosages of via*** generica are often use to increase the bloodflow and help with healing but you won't get them until you've been diagnosed.

If it is something else it's one more reason to go see a good urologist.

    NOW!

Of course you could just be flatlining (time period little little to no erections during longer withdrawals from porn - perfectly normal for many of us) but better be safe than sorry!

  4. Go see a urologist that's one of the first things I did when I noticed that I was having problems down there. Don't assume it's nothing better to be safe than sorry. It's possible it's PIED which in that case you know what to do. Nofap hardcore for 30-90 days and never PMO again.

    Time heals wounds.
