Can't get aroused

    Hey guys, I'm on NoFap since March 2016, and now on my 23rd day of streak (my best one). Everything seems to work, but the only problem is that I can't get turned on when I see a hot girl. Even if I have strong feelings and I am mentally turned on, the best thing I can get is very weak erection, though I don't have physical problems with that. Will it come off after longer time, and should I do smth about it?

    Relax and enjoy it. The reboot, for most, takes at least 90 days, which are 90 days of hell for many. You are experiencing the flatline, when it just goes dead. That is OK, do not panic, on the other side of the reboot everything will probably work better than it has in years. Don't panic, just give your brain a chance to rebalance.

    And now you're probably thinking "Just wait it out!? That sucks! And it's easier said than done!" and you're right! However you just have to go through it anyway. There's no alternative except for porn and that I assume is not an option for you same as it isn't for any of us on this forum. Your brain will probably be trying to trick you to watch porn with something along the lines of "Just to check if I can get an erection/aroused again!" or "It can't be healthy to go so long without an orgasm!" or some other rationalisation. Don't listen to it! Your penis is fine! Just give your brain the time it needs to heal!

    good point. that's what I need to do, starting day 1 again...I feel like an idiot, and a disgrace to the NoFap community. I went 90 days 1 time, no I am trying to do it again.

    thank you! no more exuses, I am working on my savings account and saving money also,
