of your hobby or some activities that you find interesting and relaxing?
Drawing, reading, writing, walking, listening to music/podcasts.
Working out at the gym; lifting, cardio, hitting the punching bag. Read a good book. Listen to music. Hang out with friends and cooking.
Like, really, I had no real life during my addiction. So, music, exercises, meeting other people, so many things to do now.
Life, qi gong, walking bare foot in my garden, walking in nature in general.
Listening to people's stories .
I spend time in the garden or go for a run at the park. It’s relaxing to look at nature and breath fresh air. I also like to read personal development books. It’s encouraging and motivating to read how to be a better version of myself. I recently read “You are a bad ass” and I’m reading “ The road to character “. I dont read all the time; i read a chapter or two off and on. I also started watching motivational videos in YouTube. One good one is “Take care of yourself every say” from the Law of attraction channel. Also, personal development videos on youtube are great. One example is “how to be more attractive “. I also work in my faith by reading scripture and meditating on it.
Online gaming (community ftw), NoFap forums (community ftw), reading sci-fi, chilling with my amazing family.
And being here right this moment with you and your post. Really and truly. Every moment is pretty darn cool.
Yoga, meditation, martial arts, working out
