Can PIED present itself with different physical symptoms?

    Case in point, my penis is small and tiny like a micro-penis and I have droopy testicles. No libido as well.

    The thing is, I didn't get into a flatline normally while rebooting. After a PMO session, the penis itself had a different sensation and I lost my libido within 2-3 days after a particular PMO session where I was very horny.

    Is this normal on how some people get into a flatline? I seem to have flatline symptoms, but how I got into it is not considered traditional.
