Can people actually recover back to healthy full normal erections?

I don't think success stories are over hyped. What would the alternative be? To focus on stories of failure? That would not make sense. People need those success stories to hold on to - especially in the beginning when they themselves haven't had success yet. It gives them hope. It certainly gave me hope in the beginning. Now I have created my own success and can build on that because of the faith in myself created by other success stories.

Improvements, yes. Success? Not until your erections are 100% strength with a women all the time or at least vast majority of the time.

There are people that report success stories where erections are always present though...

I'm not sure why people are even discussing this. Why would failure or success matter if we all know porn is never EVER going to improve any situation in our lives EVER?
in extreme cases (gabe deem who had PIED for example) rebooting is gonna take some time. Months. As someone before said, if you have no physical issues then once you reboot you should be good to go. You dont need high levels of testosterone either, you just need enough. Thats why some 90 year olds can still get hard. If you think its some physical issue then check with a doc.
Stick it out and stay positive.

I got to have strong erections after one month of no PMO, but I needed additionaly to no PMO medication to attack the phisycal troubles that PMO caused. Then, when I got a relapse the strong erections was left. My goal this time its 90 days without PMO. In my case, o have the PMO adiction since 14 years ago, but I can recover me.

    Hi All !

Its important to remember that as much as we are all the same, we are all different. We each have unique physiology and unique mental functioning, so what works great for one person may not work the same for someone else. Its perhaps a good idea to check with your medical professional to make sure your difficulties don't result from some physical cause (diabetes, for example). Once you check out OK from an "organic" medical perspective, that pretty much leaves something else - like PMO and its mental effects and then the ancillary physical effects that result from PMO like both the physical and the mental reduction or loss of sensation.

One think about noFap should be perfectly clear: It won't HURT your problems ! Its not an easy journey and its a difficult journey and requires time, dedication and perseverance to succeed. Maybe it won't be the entire answer for you, but it certainly won't hurt to try it out and discover for yourself whether it helps YOU ! Just be honest with yourself when on your journey ... don't expect overnight miracles and don't expect to find benefits when your aren't giving your best efforts to the program.

For those that may not experience what they consider benefits, I challenge you to think about it again... are you sure that you aren't better in at least some ways now ? I suspect that you are.

one day at a time is how we all succeed.

Everybody has a different recovery time. I’m a prone masturbator. Mine is a long, slow healing process.
