Can I do just MO and not have brain fog?

  1. Hey guys! For a while, I’ve been down in the slumps. It’s soon to be 100 days of me failing at quitting. My main culprit is brainfog, and lack of emotions. If I just quit P (since I’m not addicted to MO.) Would these benefits still come? Or do I have to do the whole package to get these things?

    I'd be interested to know more about your experience on Nofap so far.

    MO simply has an effect on your body. You'll be removing semen (along with whatever nutrients included in it) and your body has to recuperate, which will make you feel slower. When you're mo'ing, you'll also more likely be releasing dopamine rather than natural hormones that come with sex.

    If your goal is to feel good, there's no real good reason to orgasm from masturbation. After my last reboot, I realized that telling myself "I don't have a problem, I'll just jerk off from time to time" actually just led me back into PMO'ing like I did for years.

    If you MO, do you know it takes your body just as long to recover from MO as it does to recover from smoking a Cigarette ?
    About 1-3 days to repair cells and rejuvenate, the more frequent the use the longer recovery is.

    Its said a chronic porn user could be looking at years of recovering their bodies simple do to all the repair work putting things back in Order.

    If found out that I dont have brain fog, lack of energy, emotions, depression if I fap only once per 2 weeks to vanilla porn. Problem is that 4-5 times I tried it, it was always like this: after long streak I fapped, all was great. Then I fapped maybe after 2 weeks or almost 2 weeks (11-13 days), next time it was just only after week, afterwards after only a half week and afterwards I said myself fuck it I was back in that shit again.
