    So I've just started this whole reboot thing because I only just realised that I had to get off to porn when I was on cam doing the deed with my SO. That's when I realised I had PIED. So it says to ban myself from artificial stimuli. Would that include doing things with my SO online? We met online and are meeting soon but as of the moment, cam to cam's the best we have going. It's over the internet, but its with a real person. I don't know if I should abstain from that. Any help?

    Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction...these forums use a lot of acronyms for fear of saying the real words. I am firmly in the camp where you say what you mean. I mean, we're all in the same boat so no sense pulling any punches or trying to save face. I can't really say anything that'll shock you.
    Other acronyms you'll come across:
    PMO - Porn, Mastubation, and Orgasm (often as partials like PM or MO)
    PA - Porn Addict
    ED - Erectile Dysfunction

    Abstaining from cam-to-cam for a while could help while your body reorients itself. You may find cam-to-cam is a trigger and you start seeking out porn.
    Because both options could work, you will have to ask yourself which option is best for your immediate and long-term sexual health and commitment to replacing porn with real relationships.
