Caffeine and NoFap

hey all,

I’ve seen many post on here that they avoid caffeine during the initial Nofap phase. I’m back on the bean, but I wanted to hear your experiences with it.

My caffeine habit is usually just a 12-16oz coffee in the morning. It does make me a little jumpier and I suspect it may impact my impulsivity. I gave it up for the last week while I get useful to this program, but I’m sitting here sipping a cuppa now.

I’m pretty healthy otherwise. Got a sweet tooth, but I’m on a strenuous exercise program and eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
