DAY 53 OF 90 (58.88%)

Day 60 without PMO, day 53 in the challenge.

During these sixty days I've noticed that urges lose power. This kind of impulses are less frequent and weaker. It's like a living being, if you feed it every day it shall grow strong, but when you deprive it of food occurs that by the first days it shall be hungry, but strong yet, it will be demanding more food, but as days goes by, it will be starving and losing strength. It will remain alive as long as you do, but under your dominion and not you under its dominion.

This week I had an impulse for M, I was in bed ready to sleep. I must say that before these sixty days I was so weak before this 'animal'. But now it was easier to control my will. It's a Self-control learning process.

Wet dreams are reduced now, less frequency. I think I'm detoxifying my life of P and I can think clearly and spend my time in better ways.
