Brainfog. Any advices?

    My brainfog usually disapear 7-14 days on NoFap. But do you have any advices how to do it sooner?
    Medications, activities, anything?
    Right now i got lot of shit to do but somehow i cant focus on it and make myself do it.

    So any help is welcomed.

    hey man, I am in the same boat as you, peopleeven tell me I look spaced out. I am sure it is brain fog. I don't want to take anything for it, I want it to be a lesson that I should not masturbate all the time. if I start taking pills, I might just keep on masturbating.
