brain/skull muscle numbness

Hi there,
Though hopefully this compulsive behaviour is now in my past, I am wondering if anyone else has the sensation of the top of their head feeling numb after several hours of edging to Internet porn. Does the dopamine numb the muscles in the head or something? I often feel it and wonder if it is normal or not. Thanks for any help on this.

 

I don't get headaches from abstinence but I have had a sore neck (where the vertebra goes into the skull) for 5 days. I can hear crunching sounds when I turn my head too. Guess this nofap can be a pain in the neck. LOL
