Brain Fog?

    So a thought struck me yesterday and I was hoping someone had a link that explained it or some thoughts on it.

    I know excess PMO creates brain fog. I'm getting married in two months (never had sex) and I was curious, do you also notice brain fog when having regular sex with your spouse? Or does that only affect you when engaged in PMO?

    I'm not sure I quite understand the difference between the two activities.

    I personally believe that the feeling is quite different.
    Whereas brain fog from ejaculating after a porn makes me sad and blue, "brain fog" after sex makes me feel relaxed and full of life and love.

    Btw, the brain fog could be caused by the "hormonal cocktail" released after ejaculating.
    Moreover, many people get sleepy after sex as well, which usually doesn't happen after masturbation, so the brain fog feeling could seem stronger.
