Hey guys! I just finished 'You Can, You Will' by Joel Osteen. More on the spiritual/inspirational side, but very practical information.

The 4 Hour Chef by Tim Ferriss, more about ok you read Awaken the Giant (which Tim is a fan of both the book and Robbins) and You Can You Will, now put it to use and use some basic concepts to become more apt on whatever skill you choose. It's a ton of stuff on how to learn faster and make the process funner.

The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy
Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
How To Win Friends And Influence People by Dale Carnegie

And you could subscribe for a self improvement magazine like www.succes.com or follow those kind of self improvement facebook accounts.

The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida. Not only does this give great insight into healthy views of being a man (or someone with a male essence), but it also gives priceless insight into women and how to effectively relate to them. You will not regret getting this book. Period.

Some people mentioned think and grow rich by napoleon hill. That would be a great read. I strongly suggest the slight edge by Jeff Olson. I just finished it and I can honestly say that book has changed the way I make every decision in my life. Seriously a huge life changer. Definitely read it!!!

  10. The Power Of
    NOW

    By Eckhart Tolle

I can highly recommend this book to everyone! ★★★★★★

If you want a good book to master self-discipline check Self-Discipline in 10 Days. This seemingly-childish guide teaches insights that you can start applying from day one, and covers everything you need to know to eradicate the lack of self-discipline from its root.

I made a review in my journal without even finishing it.

Imagine how it's changed my life that it's the book I'm linking to in my signature (and I read a lot) :)

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.
The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg
The Willpower Instinct by Kelly McGonigal
Switch: How to Change When Change Is Hard by Dan & Chip Heath
Psychocybernetics by Maxwell Maltz. An older book, but still packed with wisdom.
Personal Power / Unlimited Power / Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins
Think And Grow Rich by Napolean Hill
Superbeings by John Randolph Price. An underappreciated class, deeply spiritual.
The Six Pillars of Self Esteem by Nathaniel Branden
Self-Renewal: The Individual & The Innovative Society by John W. Gardner
Spiral Dynamics:Mastering Values, Leadership, and Change by Don Edward Beck, Christopher Cowan. This one is more heady & intellectual but still a useful framework for self growth.
The Alchemist & Warriors of Light by Paul Cohelo
Mastery by George Lenard. Why we should all think on 10-year time frames rather than a year at a time.
Irreducible Mind: Towards a Psychology of the 21st Century by Michael Grosso, et all. This weighty tome actually takes a scientific and rational approach to parts of the mind that don’t (yet) have “empirical” evidence, such as ESP. Highly recommended for hardcore rational empiricists and anyone interested in psychology.
The War Of Art by Stephen Pressfield. Why doing anything is hard, and what to do about it.
    Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi
7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey
Writing to Heal – A Guided Journal for Recovering from Trauma & Emotional Upheaval by James W. Pennebaker. I can’t even count how many times I’ve recommended this book.
The How of Happiness by Sonja Lyubomirsky. Dr. Lyubomirsky concludes that about 40% of happiness is genetic, but I disagree; I believe 100% of our internal happiness is up to us. Still a worthwhile read.
Radical Honesty: How to Transform your Life By Telling the Truth by Brad Blanton
How To Win Friends And Influence People by Dale Carnegie
The Way of The Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman
Bird by Bird / Help, Thanks, Wow! by Anne Lamonte. In the same vein of “how to do hard things” as Pressfield.
Impro / Impro for Storytellers by Keith Johnstone. This book will help you most with, of all things, your social skills.
    Learned Optimism by Martin Seligman
The Road Less Travelled by M. Scott Peck
Healing the Shame that Binds You by John Bradshaw
The Way of Zen - Alan Watts
As a Man Thinketh – James Allen
The Phenomenon of Man by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
